Feds ask for data in wake of NH Medicaid Lawsuit
(CONCORD) The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is looking for more information from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services following testimony from several hospitals that budget cuts are preventing them from serving needy Medicaid patients. CMS Director Cindy Mann sent a terse letter to state officials late last month demanding “data and analysis” that she says the state has yet to provide.
