Originally from Westfield, Massachusetts, Josh first came to New Hampshire to attend Saint Anselm College in Manchester. During his time there, Josh volunteered for a number of campaigns in the state and later worked as a researcher for VictoryNH. He graduated from St. A’s in 2009 with a degree in History and minor in German. Considering a career in academia, he then attended the University of Chicago in Chicago, IL and completed a Masters Degree in Social Sciences in 2010. Following his time in Chicago, Josh completed a summer fellowship at the Catholic University of Eichstatt in Eichstatt, Germany. Shortly after returning to the US, Josh was hired by the Center.

As Research Associate with the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy, he has focused on a number of issues including Legislative Spending and the New Hampshire Retirement System. As Transparency Director, he manages the Center’s soon to go live government transparency site.
