(CONCORD) The New Hampshire Supreme Court has ruled against the state’s appeal in Tuttle v. New Hampshire, the JUA Case.
The ruling was 3-2 to uphold the lower court decision blocking the state’s confiscation of $110 million in the Joint Underwriting Association’s surplus. The decision digs a $110 million hole in a state budget already facing weaker than anticipated revenues.
