Tom Fahey reports in the Union Leader on three more chances to share your thoughts on the LLC tax.

Revenue Administration Commissioner Kevin Clougherty announced yesterday he has scheduled hearings in Berlin, Plymouth and Conway to continue a public hearing process that started Wednesday.

DRA has also extended to Jan. 19 the deadline for submitting written comments on the proposed rules.

The rules in question will set the standards for applying the 5 percent interest and dividends tax against distributions that limited liability companies (LLCs) and partnerships made in 2009.
