I heartily endorse Professor Glenn Reynolds for Tennessee’s Phantom 29th District.  As a law professor, he is certainly overqualified to serve in the current Congress, but he’s just the sort of chap we need to recruit for our Phantom Ticket.

Plus, we already know where he stands on animal rights.

Please encourage the Instapundit to jump on the Phantom Congress bandwagon. Because even a fake district deserves real leadership.
