These health insurance exchanges are proving to be a lifeline to younger people and people on low incomes helping them get access to much better and much needed, decent health care.

The Affordable Care Act has been one of the best things to happen for the smaller guy in the US for a long time.

I can’t believe that people would try and block this bill.
